Taylor and Solace were great! They were very fast reliable and friendly in helping with a last minute flat right before closing time.

I cant thank Nate and Taylor enough for taking time to care for my Jeep Cherokee. Nate was recommended by a friend and they had me bring it in immediately for a diagnostic check on the air conditioning system. He was very nice and explained to me what each thing meant. Taylor was very friendly and professional when checking out. I appreciate them both.

I talked with Craig this morning, and the experience was great! I came in with a flat tire, and he was able to easily recommend a replacement based off my current tires. There were other small items that needed repaired on my car, and Craig took the time to go outside with me and show me exactly what needed fixing. It helped me to fully understand what the issues were and to feel comfortable approving the additional services. I will definitely be returning to this Firestone location! Thank you Craig!

This is the place to get all your services for your vehicles! The associates who work here are professional and friendly and make you feel welcome and not intimidated to ask questions. They took incredible care of my car and me and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing a good mechanic, professional, timely, and friendly!

I recommend going to this store for prices lower than any online offering for these destinations x/t tires anywhere i have found. My actual out the door cost was better than what i was quoted. Go to this location, they will not inflate the price . Special thanks to guy with the gray beard, I recommend using this location. This is Covington ky location.
